Policies and FAQs

Shipping Policy:

- Orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days of order placement. If there is a delay in shipment of more than 5 business days, then I will personally contact you to let you know of the delay and give you an updated shipping timeline.

- International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

- Shipping within the United States is FREE. 

- I do not send invoices with orders. Therefore, please refer to the order confirmation email for order details, or contact me if you did not receive a confirmation email. If your order is a gift, you don't have to worry about spoiling the surprise or revealing the cost, since no invoice is included in the package.

- Orders come wrapped in tissue paper and include a thank you note and business card. All shipping materials are recyclable and most are made from recycled materials.

- Please contact me if you have any issues with your order, I'm happy to help!

Return Policy:

- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. I want you to enjoy your purchased item(s) from Bat's Woodland Wares. Therefore, if you receive items that are in some way defective, incomplete, and/or damaged, then please allow me to resolve the situation with you directly. Sale items are non-refundable.

- I do not take returns or exchanges at this time, unless the item(s) are damaged or defective. 

- For damaged items: If your items are either damaged during shipping or broken within 7 days from the date of arrival, then you may send the items back to me for repair or replacement. If this happens, please send me an email at Info@batswoodlandwares.com and I will give you the return address. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping, but I will cover the shipping from our shop back to you. Remember, you must notify me of the problem within 7 days from the date of package arrival.

Do you make custom orders?

I don't make custom or special orders. Also, I do not alter/customize my designs in any way, shape, or fashion. 

How do your sizes work?

All of my items are currently "one-size-fits-most." I always provide the complete measurements in the item description. So, you can always double check those measurements if sizing is a concern for you. Future collections will have detailed sizing information.

Can I machine wash/dry my BWW pieces?

All items may be washed on GENTLE cycle with cold water. I strongly recommend had washing in cold water when possible. DO NOT put BWW pieces in the dryer! Hang or lay flat to dry properly.

Do you sell or share your patterns?

Yes! You can find all of my available patterns in the Patterns section of my shop.

Will you take trades instead of payment?

Nope!
